The Frequency of Your Thoughts
Everything in our universe is composed of atoms, which are constantly vibrating due to their orbiting electrons. Our human bodies, made up primarily of oxygen, hydrogen, nitrogen, carbon, calcium, and phosphorus, are no exception. This atomic vibration gives us a unique frequency.
We can experience this frequency physically through the warmth we emit. This heat is a manifestation of our vibrational energy. Newton’s third law of motion—for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction—illustrates how our emitted frequency attracts corresponding frequencies from the universe.
We’ve been conditioned to believe that reality is limited to what we can see, hear, touch, taste, and smell. However, these senses only perceive a subset of frequencies. X-rays, for example, are frequencies that pass through our bodies undetected by our senses but can be visualised through technology.
Even higher-frequency radiation, like gamma rays, can penetrate our bodies at a cellular level, potentially causing harmful effects like cancer.
Consider this: Could the voices in your head be a direct result of the frequency you’re emitting? When I’m feeling down, I notice a shift in my inner dialogue, filled with negative thoughts and self-doubt. I call this “DEMON FM.” Conversely, when I’m feeling uplifted, I hear a more positive and encouraging inner voice, which I refer to as “ANGEL FM.”
What if we’ve never been taught that we can tune into different frequencies, like radio stations, to receive different kinds of guidance? A key indicator for me is the use of “you” or “I” in the dialogue.
Experiment: Over the next seven days, pay close attention to your inner dialogue. Who is speaking? Are you hearing a lot of “you” or “I”? Is the tone positive or negative? If you’re hearing negative thoughts, remember that you may be tuned into a lower frequency. You can choose not to listen to these negative messages, which is a powerful reminder that you’re not the source of these thoughts but rather the conscious being behind them.
To raise your frequency, try activities that make you happy or simply list five things you’re grateful for. Gratitude is a high-frequency vibration that can help you tune into “ANGEL FM.”
Much love, Hazel Ray
