Patrea O’Donoghue is a Registered Psychologist and Sport & Exercise Psychologist, mindset & life coach, and International Masters Athlete (Australian team – World OCR Championships, dual medalist; and Masters swimmer). Patrea has spent her entire career focused on change – first in corporate change management and since her masters degree the focus has been on personal change. She’s observed how people cope with change that is ‘imposed’ on them or that which they initiate themselves. A key factor that impacts the success of the change is the outlook and perspective that one has to the changing circumstances in one’s life. Mastering our mind is crucial for our wellbeing and success in life. Patrea sees her mission as helping raise consciousness by playing her part in fulfilling Prof Martin Seligman’s moonshot goal: to have 51% of the world’s population flourishing by 2051. Patrea does this by guiding people to be more conscious of their thoughts, words, and actions so that they love the life they live.
