Conscious Life Events are delighted to be able to offer a range of opportunities for speakers, teachers, facilitators, demonstrators and musicians/performers.
The Festival programs offer Workshops, Meditations, Seminars, Sacred Sound/Musical Performances and a dedicated Kids tent. It comprises all aspects of conscious living; for example health and wellbeing, self-awareness and positive change, and sustainability and environment.
Speaker Fee
All stand holders receive their speaking or workshop session at no additional cost. For applicants without a stand booking, a Speaker/Facilitator Fee of $110 + GST applies for a 45-minute session. This fee includes valuable marketing exposure: your profile will remain on the Conscious Life Festival website for 12 months, and you’ll be featured across event posters, newsletters, and social media promotion leading up to the festival. All submissions are carefully considered with respect to a number of major factors.

Your application will be acknowledged via email, if you do not hear from us within 7 days please contact us. Final program confirmed approx. 1 month before each event
Refunds: If a Speaker cancels more than 30 days before the event, 50% of the fee will be refunded. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable. If the event is cancelled by the organiser, a full refund will be issued.
