If your application is successful:

  • We will forward an invoice for 30% (deposit) of your stall fee (unless you apply after the set cut-off date in which case full payment will be due- generally 6 weeks before each event).

  • Exhibitor Stall deposit/payment does not guarantee approval.
  • Conscious Life Events reserves the right to decline stall requests if we consider your product or business does not align with the Conscious Life events brand.
  • Sub-Letting and Stand Sharing – This is not permitted unless a specific agreement has been arranged with Conscious Life Events.
